Condo Property Officer: Resident Care & Operations

CBRE Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to support the Condo Manager in coordinating a portfolio of residential properties. You will ensure compliance with policies, conduct inspections, and manage contractor coordination.

You will respond to residents' needs, maintain good rapport with tenants and council members, prepare minutes for meetings, and assist in Council and General Meetings. A strong command of Microsoft Office and solid organizational and communication skills are essential.
