This position supports all phases of concrete construction, including site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Form Setting — Assist with building and setting forms for foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs
+ Rebar Installation — Place and tie rebar according to plans and specifications
+ Concrete Placement — Mix, pour, spread, and consolidate concrete using hand tools and power equipment
+ Finishing Work — Use trowels, floats, and other tools to achieve proper finish and surface quality
+ Site Cleanup — Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and assist with material handling
