**Job Description**
The Concrete Finisher – Hardscape Lead oversees a small crew of concrete finishers and labourers on new construction sites, working closely with the carpentry team to deliver high-quality hardscape projects. This role combines hands-on concrete finishing with leadership responsibilities, including running pours, directing team members, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. The position focuses on building planter walls, slabs, flat work, stairs, and driveways using a variety of finishing techniques.
