**Job Description**
The Concrete Finisher is responsible for placing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces to meet strict project specifications on a high-performance construction site. This role supports structural and flatwork pours and ensures finished surfaces meet required tolerances, durability standards, and quality expectations typical of industrial or mission-critical builds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications.
+ Support structural and flatwork pours, ensuring all surfaces meet required tolerances and durability standards.
+ Perform screeding, floating, troweling, edging, and joint finishing tasks.
+ Achieve smooth, broom, or specialty surface finishes as specified.
+ Understand and apply curing methods and timing for high-performance concrete.
+ Maintain grade, slope, and elevation tolerances.
