Concierge

Description We are looking for an experienced and service-focused Concierge to support visitors and occupants at a busy property in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment, and helping people navigate the building and surrounding area with confidence. The person in this role will deliver attentive front-of-house support, answer everyday questions, and provide helpful guidance on onsite amenities and nearby destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to routine questions and offer clear, accurate information about the property, building services, and general visitor needs.
