We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Multan. As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants events and activities
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests when needed
