Computer Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Specialist role based in Rawalpindi. The Computer Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and software used across the organization. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing system upgrades, monitoring network and workstation performance, and ensuring data backup and basic cybersecurity practices are followed. The role also involves supporting staff with day-to-day IT needs, documenting procedures, and coordinating with external vendors or service providers when required. In addition, the Computer Specialist may assist in training team members on the effective use of digital tools and recommending improvements to IT processes and infrastructure.
