This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient end-user computing services and provides technical guidance and support to users across the organization. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, enhancing user productivity, and continuously optimizing the use of IT resources.

This position reports to the Team Lead IT Support and is part of the Genedata Corporate IT team in Basel, Switzerland. This is an on-site position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users via telephone, in person, and online support channels
• Identify appropriate hardware and software solutions to meet user requirements
