Shifts: Nights 12*3 Shift: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 7:30am - 6:00pm, 9:00am - 7:30pm,10:30am - 9:00pm, 12:30pm - 11:00pm, 2:30pm - 1:00am
Payrate: $30.73 - $45.00/hr. on w2
Job Summary:

• Greets patient by introducing self and asking patient to verify their name and birthdate.
• Takes pertinent patient history.
• Reviews order for procedure and any other documentation, current medications, allergy information and completed questionnaire.
• Explains procedure to the patient and solicits questions to assure understanding.
