Computational Biology Research Associate, RNA-Seq

A*STAR invites applications for a Computational Biology Research Associate to support the analysis of omics datasets as part of the ATOMIC platform. You will work on bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, developing pipelines, applying ML methods, and interpreting results to drive biomedical discovery.

Ideal candidates have strong computational foundations and are eager to learn biological applications, with experience in Python or R and a background in bioinformatics or computational biology.
