Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. This role supports financial operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and contributing to the accuracy of financial records.

• Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
