Compressors Development Engineer (Paterna)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support Compressor development activities from Acquisition to Serial life phases.
• Analyze test data and organize results with observations and conclusions.
• Support product cost and quality improvement activities.
• Support the DFMEA reviews.
• Define solutions according to system requirements and MAHLE standards.
• Assist with preparation, build, and testing of compressor product samples.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams related to customer program launch activity.
• Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
• Meet with outside suppliers/vendors.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Bachelor Scientific degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or higher.
• 1 year of practical experience in international development projects ideally in the automotive sector.
