Composite Laminator (Nights)

Composite Laminator – Night Shift Location: Berkshire Area
Shift: Mon – Thurs | 6:00pm – 6:00am (48 hours)
Pay: £24–£25 per hour (Outside IR35)
Contract: 6 Months

I’m currently working with a specialist advanced engineering business looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join their night shift team.

This is an initial contract role with a strong chance of going permanent for the right person.

The Role
Composite laminating and lay-up work
Working with high-performance materials
Producing high-quality components in a fast-paced environment
Details
Night shift: Monday to Thursday
48-hour working week
Overtime available at weekends
Outside IR35 contract
Potential to go permanent
What We’re Looking For
Experience in composite laminating / lay-up
Background in motorsport ideally
Strong attention to detail and quality
