Component Tester

a.Responsible for component-level testing of ServiceNow applications with focus on Playbooks and Guided Decision Trees (GDT).

b.Design, execute, and automate test scenarios to validate workflows, scripts, UI actions, and integrations.

c.Ensure functional, regression, and UAT readiness with strong defect logging and re-testing practices.

d.Collaborate closely with developers, product owners to ensure quality and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
