About the role
We are a growing fintech company in the Philippines operating BSP-licensed activities. We are looking for a Compliance Team Leader to lead our team of KYC and AML staff — managing the day-to-day work of customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting, and serving as the bridge between the analysts and our Chief Compliance Officer.
