Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Control and management of system Annex 24 and Annex 30.
• Support and coordinate program requirements of C-TPAT and OEA.
• Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certificate, and Rule 8TH.
• Prepare and request necessary permits for operation and compliance (Rule 8TH, FTA certificate, renewals, B10, automatic notices, etc.).
• Control documentation related to IMMEX operations.
• Maintain import‑export record‑keeping compliance.
• Support administration of fixed assets.
• Assist in scrap process and change of regime.
• Validate HTS classifications.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, answering work‑related questions.
• Prepare monthly reports, risk analysis, and correction plans; establish measurable objectives and KPIs.
