Vacancy Description
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in the execution and oversight of the Regulatory Compliance programmed for Manulife Insurance Berhad. The role acts as an independent compliance partner to the business, providing regulatory advice, conducting compliance monitoring and investigations, managing privacy and distribution compliance matters, and supporting the effective identification and management of compliance risks across the organization
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and conduct investigations into agent misconduct cases, ensuring reviews are completed thoroughly and in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Prepare analysis of investigation findings and provide recommendations to relevant governance committees for deliberation and decision-making.
