Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage global
compliance program plans, budgets, and schedules with minimal oversight. - Risk Management: Assess operational,
product, and compliance risks; design and implement effective mitigation
strategies. - Investigations: Lead internal
investigations and provide resolution for global compliance issues. - Stakeholder Engagement: Represent
the Compliance Organization in project meetings, providing status updates
and driving cross-functional collaboration. - Regulatory Filings: Manage the documentation
and submission of compliance reports to secure global regulatory
approvals. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to
enhance compliance procedures through business process automation,
managing these initiatives from scoping to completion.
