Compliance Operations Officer – Remittance (Mashreq Bank Pakistan Limited)

This role encompasses below primary responsibilities:

• Manage/ensure end-to-end processing, verifying and/or authorizing of transactions are accurate and efficient and in compliance to the internal controls/policies and to mitigate any operational risks that may result in operational failure/fraud.
• Effectively manage/ensure the transaction processing, department activities and the required tasks are completed within the expected time frame and in accordance to the operating procedures.

Key Result Areas

• Ensure strict adherence to the regulations and guidelines set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other relevant regulatory authorities governing remittance operations.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of remittance transactions to detect and report suspicious activities, complying with SBP directives.
