Compliance Officer, MILL

Position Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Compliance Program for Manulife Insurance Labuan Limited.
• Serve as the key compliance liaison with the Labuan Financial Services Authority and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee AML/CFT, sanctions, anti‑bribery, privacy, conduct risk, fraud prevention and regulatory change management.
• Provide independent compliance oversight, monitoring, testing and reporting to senior management and the Board.
• Act as Data Protection Officer oversight lead and champion a strong compliance culture.
• Drive a proactive compliance culture while supporting strategic business growth.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance, legal or audit experience in financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of Labuan and broader financial services regulations.
