Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer (UAEN) to lead and enhance the compliance framework. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also provide strategic advice to the executive leadership team and Board on regulatory obligations, compliance risks, and governance matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional compliance certification is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles , preferably within a regulated industry
• At least 1 year of experience working in the Compliance Department of a publicly listed company is required.
