Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs that mitigate regulatory, operational, and reputational risks across business activities. Your role involves interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into clear internal policies, procedures, and controls that guide day-to-day operations.

You will conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. You will monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization, ensuring timely updates to internal frameworks and practices. In addition, you will support investigations into compliance issues, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and resolution in accordance with governance standards.
