Compliance Manager

Job Description & Qualifications Summary:

A Compliance Manager ensures a company adheres to legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies to mitigate risk.

• Lead Philippines compliance and integrity/ethics case investigations, including data review, conducting interviews
• Oversee R1 Ethics Hotline matters for the Philippines
• Engage and partner with PHL Management and India/ US Compliance leadership to continually evolve the company’s Compliance and Risk Management Programs in the Philippines.
• Must have corporate investigation experience, not including ER cases. Possesses experience in conducting and managing investigations including conducting interviews. Ability to interview investigation subjects and witnesses and extract relevant information that is critical to an investigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and present investigation scorecard at the board meetings....
