Compliance manager

Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and interpret regulatory developments, with a primary focus on African markets. Identify compliance vulnerabilities, assess operational risks, and recommend strategic improvements across the business. Ensure strict adherence to AML, CTF, Responsible Gambling, Data Protection, and licensing regulations. Develop, update, and implement comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and manuals. Perform risk-based internal audits and maintain up-to-date AML, Responsible Gambling, and operational manuals. Prepare detailed compliance assessments, audits, and monthly regulatory reports for senior management and external stakeholders. Conduct regular compliance checks on new content releases and complete monthly website and social media compliance reviews. Collaborate with operational and support teams to implement compliance policies and evaluate their effectiveness.
