Compliance, Enforcement & Dispute Resolution Executive

Key Responsibilities Compliance & Enforcement Leadership Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain compliance and enforcement processes and procedures to ensure effective and timeous enforcement of all applicable Collective Agreements. Continuously review and improve departmental systems, procedures, and operational practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices. Lead compliance monitoring activities and enforcement initiatives to ensure adherence to legislative and collective agreement requirements. Oversee investigations, assessments, calculations, compliance audits, inspections, and enforcement actions where necessary. Personally perform compliance, enforcement, dispute resolution, or investigative functions when required. Ensure effective management of arrear fees, levies, contributions, and outstanding returns.
