The role of Compliance Coordinator / KYC & Export Control Specialist is essential to support the compliance function across the Chapman Freeborn Group. This position is based in Valencia, Spain with a hybrid work setup.

Purpose of the Role

Supports the compliance function in delivering effective KYC, due diligence, and export control oversight across the Group. Ensures that all business activities comply with sanctions, AML/CTF, and export control regulations, while enabling efficient onboarding and operational continuity. Acts as a second line of defense, supporting global business units through risk‑based compliance guidance and operational oversight.
