Overview

We are recruiting a Compliance & Performance Coordinator to join an established on‑site Facilities Management team in Edinburgh.

This role is key to ensuring FM services meet statutory, contractual and performance requirements, with a strong focus on KPI tracking, audit readiness, data integrity and effective workforce planning to support Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery.

Working closely with Facilities Managers and operational leaders, you will gather and analyse performance data, coordinate reporting, and help drive continuous improvement across service delivery.
