What you’ll do:

• Manage a high volume of tasks with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of background reports, including communication with court clerks and law enforcement agencies.
• Communicate effectively with compliance teammates and leaders to flag issues, facilitate resolution, maintain quality, and drive key performance indicators.
