About the role:
A professional services firm is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support its Risk and Compliance function. The role focuses on AML, financial crime prevention, client onboarding, file management, and quality assurance.
You will help ensure client matters are processed in line with regulatory and internal requirements while supporting fee earners and maintaining high compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Process client onboarding and matter openings, ensuring completion of KYC/CDD requirements.
- Assist with AML checks including sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
