As the Manager in the People & Culture Department, you will lead health and safety initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance and workplace health standards. Your role will involve data analytics, program development, and fostering a culture of safety and respect in line with the agency’s mission supporting youth in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate comprehensive safety programs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct workplace hazards assessments and inspections
• Manage WSIB claims and return-to-work planning
• Provide training and support on IPAC standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or similar
• Minimum 5 years in health and safety management
