Responsibilities

• Carry out horizon scanning (regulatory change identification) where relevant. Support analysis of change and support implementation through undertaking readiness and/or post implementation assurance reviews of implemented change.
• Coordinate with regional partners to understand and assess regulatory requirements and procedures impacting Bupa Group’s reinsurance and international administration arrangements and keep relevant stakeholders aware of developments and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business managers and challenging senior management on their compliance control environment.
