Compliance Analyst

A long-established, FCA-regulated alternative asset manager is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join its London team, serving institutional, family office and HNW clients.

This is a broad, hands-on generalist role with direct exposure to senior compliance and the business. It would suit someone with one to four years' experience looking to widen their remit across the full compliance spectrum rather than specialise early.

The role

• Supporting day-to-day compliance monitoring across the firm's regulated activities
• Reviewing and approving financial promotions and marketing materials
• Assisting with FCA regulatory reporting and Gabriel/RegData submissions
• AML/KYC and client due diligence, including ongoing monitoring
• Personal account dealing, gifts and entertainment, and conflicts of interest registers
