We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Basildon (SS16) area.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to support a wonderful young girl with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. The role involves sitting alongside her to guide her through daily routines, including attending school. The ideal candidate will value open communication and seamlessly adapt to a close-knit family environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide airway support: tracheostomy care, suctioning, nebulizer medication management.
- Nutrition and hydration: PEG management, including administering both pump and bolus feeds.
- Assist with daily life activities and support the young woman’s education and wellbeing.
