Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company strategy and French legal requirements.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to provide guidance on job leveling, pay equity, and reward recommendations.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory and voluntary benefits in France.
- Ensure compliance with French labor laws, collective agreements (conventions collectives), and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
