Compensation Consultant

At Houston Methodist, the Compensation Consultant position is responsible for working and consulting with assigned clients, performing compensation project work, market pricing reviews, pay equity cost modeling, compensation program administration, compensation policy reviews, pay plan maintenance, and analysis and data preparation to support various pay programs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, HR management or related field

**EXPERIENCE**

+ Three years of Human Resources experience which includes one year of compensation (e.g.market pricing pay equity review, modeling and costing, manipulation and analysis of data)
+ Prior experience with HR/Compensation application systems preferred

**LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS**
