Compensation & Benefits Strategy Manager

EDGE in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager – Rewards & Policies to design and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity in UAE and internationally.

You will lead benchmarking, job evaluation, grading, policy development, workforce budgeting, analytics, and partner with HRBPs to align rewards with business strategy, including during mergers and acquisitions.
