Assist payroll operations by guaranteeing adherence to statutory regulations and the prompt, precise processing of employee payments, including the submission and handling of government-related claims. To manage employee insurance and benefits in accordance with HR policies.

• Process monthly payroll to guarantee prompt, accurate, and complete salary payments for all employees
• Administer employee insurance and flexible benefits programs in compliance with insurance and HR policies
• Manage statutory claims such as NS Make-Up Pay claims, Government-Paid Leave claims, and others, following government regulations
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and employee benefits
• Maintain employee data and properly file essential documents to ensure up-to-date employee information is readily available when needed
