Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Description We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support a long-term contract assignment with a manufacturing organization in Lombard, Illinois. This role is ideal for someone who can interpret compensation data, contribute to benefits-related analysis, and deliver clear insights that support informed pay decisions.
