Compensation & Benefits Manager, APAC

Our client is a US-headquartered public listed MNC in the Industrial sector.

They are searching for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to oversee all C&B matters in APAC. This includes accountability over the design, development, implementation and management of market competitive compensation and benefits solutions for the region.

Based in the APAC HQ in Singapore, the position has a direct reporting to the Director, Global Compensation based in the US and a matrix reporting to the APAC HR Head in Singapore.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide compensation and benefits support for APAC 11 countries
• Provide day-to-day compensation and benefit support and advice to regional HR teams in the implementation, communication and administration of all compensation and benefit programs.
