Position Summary

The Compensation & Benefit and Industrial Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing employee remuneration, benefits administration, and industrial relations matters to ensure internal equity, legal compliance, and harmonious employer–employee relationships across Head Office and operational sites.

• Manage and administer payroll, allowances, and employee benefits for HO and site employees.
• Develop and maintain salary structure, grading, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and market surveys.
• Manage benefits programs including health insurance, BPJS, incentives, and allowances.
• Handle employee claims related to medical, travel, and other benefits.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data, deductions, and tax-related components.
