Jabil is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support ongoing compensation and evaluation programs. You will participate in compensation surveys, coordinate job descriptions, and analyze survey data to develop salary ranges.
With 2–5 years of experience and a college degree, you will monitor merit budgets and assist in market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices across the organization.
