The role 

Reporting into the Head of Compensation and Benefits, we are looking for a proactive, flexible, friendly and driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our lively People team and support in running all the Reward and Benefit processes across Media and Creative agencies and our central services. This is a key partnering role working closely with the wider People team, managers across the business, and internal and external service providers.

A hand- on role, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your passion and specialist knowledge in the field of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to drive improvement and efficiency and contribute to the development of an industry leading reward proposition- you will recommend and implement reward programmes that support attraction, engagement and retention across the organisation.
