Compensation Analyst II

Job Summary

Under broad supervision, provides analytical support to ongoing compensation and evaluation programs. Participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, and prepares and analyzes survey data. Prepares and monitors merit budget and assists in the development of salary ranges.

Education & Experience

Requires 2–5 years of experience in the current field of work. Requires a university degree.

English language required.

Strong skills with Excel usage. Analytical and mathematical skills.
