Compassionate Visitor Services Specialist

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) Singapore seeks a courteous Customer Service Associate to welcome visitors, provide directions, and assist with self-service kiosks during rostered shifts from 12:30 pm to 10 pm.

You will respond to general enquiries about cremation and ash-collection procedures, and communicate with grieving families with empathy and sensitivity, ensuring proper attendance and presentation throughout the shift as assigned by the supervisor.
