Compassionate Visitor Services Officer

TAKASHI JUKOGYO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a courteous visitor services assistant for a weekend-focused contract in Singapore. You will welcome visitors, guide them within the premises, and help them operate self-service kiosks.

You will respond to cremation and ash-collection inquiries with empathy, supporting grieving families. You will stay at the assigned station during shifts Fri–Sun, with a one-hour lunch break, and escalate issues as needed.
