Compassionate Homecare Nurse - Patient-Centered Care

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Staff Nurse (Homecare) to deliver high‑standard nursing care to Homecare clients in Singapore. You will assess new referrals, determine healthcare needs, and develop and review individual care plans.

You will perform basic health screening, wound care, catheter care, monitor vital signs, educate clients and caregivers, and coordinate with other health professionals to ensure safe, effective home-based care.
