Compassionate Community Support Worker (Nelson)

The Community Support Worker will provide home-based support to clients in the Nelson area, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. This part-time, on-site role involves personal care, light household tasks, and participation in community activities, following individualised care plans.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with daily living activities, accompanying clients to appointments or social outings, monitoring wellbeing, and reporting concerns to the clinical team.
