Utilizing your degree in social work or community development and 3+ years of experience, you will assess client needs and collaborate closely with community partners to enhance program offerings continuously. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate workshops and social activities
• Maintain accurate participant data and program records
• Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback
• Collaborate with external agencies for program success
