As a Community Support Worker (Whānau) , you’ll work directly with whānau in the Tararua community, providing practical support, advocacy and guidance to help families thrive. Based in Pahiatua, you’ll support whānau to build positive parenting skills, improve home management and living skills, develop healthier lifestyles, and strengthen connections with community services and supports.

You’ll work collaboratively with tamariki, parents, caregivers and partner agencies to identify strengths, develop goals and create positive outcomes for whānau.
