Our branch located in Sudbury is looking for a service advisor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and parts requests
• Produce purchase orders and invoices
• Manage warranty claims
• Ensure service follow‑up with customers

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of mechanics
• Ability to work with computer tools
• Customer service oriented
